When purchasing a new spa sometimes the online merchants offer deals that on the surface look like a real bargain. These are the companies that don’t
have a showroom but only an online presence and they offer little to no after sales service. More and more i am dealing with plenty of disappointed customers when they find they can’t keep their water clean no matter what they try. Just recently i came across a new spa with the Ozone sanitation system plumbed completely wrong straight off the factory floor. The Ozone sanitation system plays a big part in keeping water clean and sanitary and there was no way the system was ever going to work!
The other issue i see with some of these spas is the plastic panelling around the spa warps when exposed to sunlight and within months the panels are falling off and the spa looks terrible. And getting replacement panels is almost impossible.
I highly recommend you shop at a business that actually has spas on the floor and even better a working model or 2. Like anything when you buy cheap you get cheap.
